Beautiful loft in the famous Triana neighborhood . It is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is spacious and well equipped. It has AIR CONDITIONING and WiFi, and is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and stores.

The distance to the monumental area is only 25 minutes on foot, so it is ideal to visit the city without using public transportation.

Manuel Arellano street is located in the heart of the TRIANA NEIGHBORHOOD.

The apartment is on the first floor. The house, which is newly built, is very cozy, modern and comfortable, and is perfectly conditioned and equipped with everything you need to relax and spend unforgettable days in Seville. is divided into 3 levels, and has 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and living room. All the furniture is brand new and the decoration is very original and well cared for. It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa bed) and is perfect for families with or without children.

At the entrance of the house you will find the KITCHEN which is integrated with the LIVING - DINING ROOM. It has a dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and a SOFA-BED.

The MAIN BEDROOM, has two single beds that can be joined to form a large double bed and a large built-in closet. All beds are equipped with bed linen suitable for each season.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped. It has a variety of kitchen utensils and small and large appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, etc...

The house has two complete bathrooms, with elegant finishes. We have a hairdryer and we also include a set of COTTON TOWELS for each guest, as well as toilet paper, gel, shampoo and hand soap.

The apartment has individual AIR CONDITIONING consoles for each room, as well as a heat pump to provide heat to the home in winter.

For our guests' peace of mind, there is NO BUTANE GAS in the apartment. Hot water is supplied by electricity and the water heater has more than enough capacity for the toilet of the whole group.

In the center of Seville (Casco antiguo and Triana) it is not necessary to use public transport as you can easily walk to all places of interest for both tourists and locals. The surroundings of the apartment are full of restaurants and tapas bars, stores and supermarkets of all kinds.

The area around the apartment also has public transport stops that you can use whenever needed (cab, bus, metro, etc.).

We always offer PERSONALIZED ATTENTION. We will be available at all times and we can keep in touch through the Airbnb chat for any questions. However, for everyone's convenience, when there is little time left before the arrival date, we will provide the telephone numbers of ONE OR MORE PEOPLE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH, who will be in charge of PERSONALLY WELCOMING the guests and handing over the keys, recommending the best places where you can enjoy the gastronomy and customs of Seville, as well as offering advice on excursions, shows and cultural activities in the city in each season. We will also be available to solve any possible problems or doubts that may arise during your stay in the flat, as long as it is at a reasonable time for everyone.

We are flexible about the arrival time of our guests, but we need to clean the apartment, so we have established a CHECK-IN TIME from 15:00 to 22:00. However, you can come when we are cleaning to leave your luggage in the flat and pick up the keys.

If it is impossible for you to arrive before 22:00, we have a late check-in service available for 25€, and from 0:00 the price would be 40€.

As for the CHECK-OUT TIME, this would be at 11:00am.

The Triana neighborhood is one of the main axes of Sevillian culture. Cradle of Flamenco singers and dancers, artists and artisans, Triana is a neighborhood of master potters who are concentrated in the vicinity of the Plaza del Altozano, next to the Triana Bridge, which when you cross it takes you into the historic center of the city.

Undoubtedly, the best option to move around both the neighborhood and the city center, is on foot, although if you prefer to move by public transport there are many bus combinations that pass right next to the apartment.
